Privacy Policy
Plan Well (“the App”) is an offline-first personal task planner. This policy explains how the App handles information.
No data collection
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. There is no account system, no analytics SDK, and no advertising identifier tracking.
No internet access
The App does not request the INTERNET permission.
It does not contact remote servers. All features work without a network connection.
Data stored on your device
Tasks, categories, and reminders you create are stored only in a local database on your device (SQLite via Android Room). Reminder schedules use the device’s AlarmManager / WorkManager. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (for example, the optional JSON export to Downloads).
Permissions
- Notifications — to show reminder alerts you configure.
- Exact alarms (Android 12+) — to fire reminders at the times you set.
- Boot completed — to restore scheduled reminders after a device reboot.
These permissions are used only for local reminder functionality.
Children
The App does not knowingly collect data from children. It is suitable for a general audience and does not include social features or ads.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
